This rebranding, including our new logo, reflects the growth and development of our team since launching in 2012. Concierge Home Sales by The Kerzner Group caters to the Brookline, Newton, Metro West, and the Boston communities, overseeing and optimizing every step of the real estate process — whether you are selling or buying. As part of CHS’s commitment, we underwrite the majority of the staging costs, allowing our clients to receive the most significant rate of return.

Concierge Home Sales by The Kerzner Group is the brainchild of highly-experienced realtor Irene Kerzner of Hammond Residential, listed as Boston Magazine’s “Top Real Estate Producer” 2019-2020. Irene saw a gap in the market for an all-in-one service that caters to the complete process of selling a home. Over the last 12 months, CHS continues to perform with 98% of properties selling within the first week of being on the market, and averaging between 5% and 10% over asking.
